The sight of newly constructed apartments collapsing in the earthquakes that hit Turkey has sparked anger.

As a result of the earthquakes that first occurred on February 6, 2023, there is a mental health crisis in northwestern Syria, especially among children. The children are in a panic. Let us pray for them.

Very little humanitarian aid has reached Northwest Syria in the past few days, and medical supplies are running out.

More than 5.4 million children who live across the quake zone were at risk of developing anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder.

“They need to be able to resume their education, and they urgently need psychosocial support to help deal with the trauma they have experienced.” Let us pray for Syria.
